This is outrageous! Republicans have invoked the “immediate effect” provision of the state constitution to pass 546 bills…the only problem is they need a 2/3 majority vote on each bill, and while Republicans claim they have that 2/3 majority, they actually don’t have those votes…but they have refused Democrat’s requests for roll call votes to prove it.
